Before placing an order
Include the product name or page link, the variant you are considering, and your question. For scale or compatibility questions, include the relevant dimensions.
We can help clarify the listing, including whether assembly is required and which components are expressly included.
Questions about an existing order
Provide your order number and the email address used at checkout. Describe the assistance you need, such as an address correction, cancellation request, or order-status question.
Changes are subject to fulfillment progress. A request is not confirmed until we have reviewed and accepted it.
Missing parts or product issues
Tell us the product and variant, the affected component, and any part number shown in the instructions. Include clear photos or video where relevant and safe to obtain.
For damage, retain the packaging and label where practical. Do not continue an assembly step that may make the problem worse.
Delivery assistance
Include your order number, tracking reference, and the issue shown in the shipment record. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the parcel, tell us what you have already checked.
A carrier's “Delivered” scan does not automatically prevent review of a legitimate delivery concern.
Returns and refunds
Email us within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery to request an eligible preference return. Include your order number, item, reason, and relevant evidence.
Wait for authorization and the correct return destination. Our registered business address is not automatically a return facility.
Protect your information
Never email complete payment-card numbers, CVV/security codes, bank passwords, or one-time authentication codes.
