These Terms and Conditions govern purchases through morsagvan.com, together with the product information and applicable policies presented before purchase.

01. Store operator
morsagvan™ is owned and operated by Huizhou Jinyu E-Commerce Co., Ltd. The owner is Ye Zhenjian. Full business and customer-service details appear below.
By placing an order, you agree to the applicable purchase terms, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
02. Product selection and descriptions
Review the selected variant, dimensions, scale, assembly requirements, and included components before purchase. Products may be kits, accessories, components, or assembled items as stated in the listing.
Photographed props, tools, adhesives, paint, batteries, and lighting are included only when expressly identified. Minor appearance variations do not excuse materially incorrect specifications or items.
03. Adult hobby use
Our miniature-scene products are intended for adult hobby making and display rather than use as children's toys. Follow product instructions and handle small parts, sharp edges, adhesives, and electrical components carefully where applicable.
Keep relevant components away from children and pets. We do not promise compatibility between separately purchased items unless expressly stated.
04. Pricing and payment
Review the displayed currency, product price, shipping charge, taxes collected at checkout, and final total before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use the selected payment method. Genuine pricing or technical errors will be addressed transparently and only as permitted by law; we will not impose an undisclosed higher price without agreement.
05. Order review and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not by itself confirm dispatch. Orders may require payment, stock, address, or error review before fulfillment.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and arrange the appropriate release of an authorization or refund of captured payment. These terms do not permit us to retain payment for an order we cannot supply.
06. Processing and delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during peak periods. Estimated U.S. transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Processing and transit are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Fulfillment may use our own or partner facilities, including international facilities, according to inventory and destination.
07. Tracking and delivery problems
Tracking details are provided after dispatch when available. Contact us if tracking is unclear for an extended period, a parcel appears lost, or delivery substantially exceeds the estimate.
A “Delivered” scan does not automatically prevent investigation. If shipment cannot occur within the promised period, we provide the delay, cancellation, or refund options required by law.
08. Returns and associated costs
Request an eligible preference return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Preference returns should generally be unused, unassembled, and in original condition with supplied components.
Customers generally pay preference-return postage; original outbound shipping is generally not refunded for such returns unless law requires otherwise. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Obtain approval and the correct return destination before mailing.
09. Defects and refunds
For verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items attributable to us, we provide an appropriate remedy without additional cost for the qualifying issue. Proper assembly does not automatically remove rights relating to a pre-existing defect.
For approved returned merchandise, refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Provider posting time may be additional. Mandatory legal deadlines take precedence.
10. Cancellations and changes
Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. A successfully canceled order before fulfillment has no cancellation fee. Changes or cancellation may no longer be possible once fulfillment or shipment progresses.
Refunds for canceled, unshipped orders do not require a return. Any separate cancellation or refund right required by law remains unaffected.
11. Lawful conduct and content rights
Do not use the store for fraud, unauthorized access, malicious code, interference with operations, or infringement of others' rights.
The morsagvan™ brand identity and applicable original website materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce protected website content commercially.
12. Consumer rights, updates, and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any enforceable limitation is subject to applicable law and the facts of the transaction.
Updates apply prospectively as permitted by law and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. For questions or disputes, contact service@morsagvan.com. You retain access to applicable statutory complaint and legal remedies.
